The number of
professional negligence claims against estate agents and surveyors has fallen significantly. An interesting article by the Solicitors Journal, citing research and commentary provided by
RPC, indicates that there has been a post-recession decrease in the number of High Court claims brought against property agents
between 2013 to 2014.
